Procurement & Mangement Fees

 

Residential Properties:

• Second Homes Property Management: from $150 a month.
• Procurement Fees:  The amount equal to a 1 month rent for a 1 year lease agreement.
• Management Fees: 10% of monthly rental income (2% discount if tenant is procured by IRM).

 

Commercial Properties:

• Management Fees: 5% of monthly rental income.
• Procurement Fees: 4% of aggregate rental and 6% when another realtor is involved.
