In 1996, we moved to the Orlando area and started IRM as a small family Real Estate Firm dedicated to helping families and friends with their real estate needs. Since then, our localized business has flourished into a full service real estate company. In 2001, IRM created the Property Management Department to help give our investors assistance with their investment rental properties, and is now successfully managing more than 300 long term rental properties in the Central Florida area. In 2007, we created a South Florida branch and began managing rental properties in Aventura and Miami.
